Order
Once your order has been finalised, you will receive an order confirmation email. This will contain details of the items you have ordered, your delivery and billing addresses, and the payment method you have chosen.
Your order will then be dispatched, and we hope you are happy with your purchase. If not, you can of course start the returns process.
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed by our warehouse. As orders are processed very quickly, it is sometimes not possible to cancel an order even a few minutes after placing it.
The quickest way to cancel an order is to retrieve it in your customer account and select the cancellation option. Please note that you can only cancel all items in a scheduled delivery.
If your order has been split into multiple scheduled deliveries and you wish to cancel all items, you must request a cancellation for each delivery. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a specific item in a scheduled delivery.
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a separate email regarding the status of your cancellation.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products that are available for immediate delivery will arrive within 4–8 working days.
Products that cannot be delivered immediately have an expected delivery time of 8-12 working days.
You can find the estimated delivery time for your order in the order confirmation email you received.
To check the delivery status of your order, please refer to the shipping confirmation email you received. For each parcel sent to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track the shipment. This confirmation will be sent after the order has been dispatched. Of course, you can also have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, such as your workplace or a Colissimo collection point. Simply select one of the offered payment methods and enter the desired delivery address in the 'Delivery address' section.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. As orders are processed immediately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make a change.
If the delivery address is incorrect or your order cannot be delivered, the shipment will be returned to us. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you using the payment method you selected when placing the order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If your order is eligible to be returned, follow these steps to start the return process:
1. Send an email via the ‘Contact us’ section of the website.
2. Make sure that the email contains the following information
-Order number
-Reason for the return request
-Photo of the product in case of breakage
-Customer's first name + last name.
-Customer's address
We will contact you to inform you about the return address.
Once we have received and checked the returned goods, we will refund the invoice amount to you within 14 days using the payment method you chose when placing your order.
If you return your entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of returning the items.
If we deliver an item that is damaged, defective or otherwise not up to standard, you can of course make a complaint and return it to us free of charge using the return slip. You can find all information about returns under 'How can I return?'
You can return the ordered goods to us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Further information about the right of cancellation in our online shop can be found in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Please note that returns via the postal service are processed faster than returns via a collection point.
